• The first set went the distance and then some, with KWU eventually winning by a 26-24 margin. OKWU was led in Set 1 by Makaila Keith, who contributed 4 kills in the frame.
• KWU would go on to win the 2^nd set by a 25-21 score in another tightly contested set. The 2^nd set featured 10 tie scores and 4 lead changes in a back and forth affair.
• KWU closed out the match with a 25-16 victory in the 3^rd set.
