OKWU Unable to Overcome Strong KWU Squad

In a match that was tight throughout, including 23 tie scores and 9 lead changes, the Lady Eagles volleyball team fell to Kansas Wesleyan at home on Wednesday, 3 sets to 0. OKWU is now 10-8 on the season and 2-3 in the KCAC.

Recap:

  • The first set went the distance and then some, with KWU eventually winning by a 26-24 margin. OKWU was led in Set 1 by Makaila Keith, who contributed 4 kills in the frame.
