On Thursday night OKWU Eagles men's basketball team gave everyone in attendance their money's worth as they defeated the College of the Ozark Bobcats 111-62. The Eagles were firing on all levels as the quickly jumped out and front and never looked back, as they never let their lead over the Bobcats see single digits. However, the story of the night was OKWU's Brooks Haddock. Haddock had a record breaking night for the Eagles as he set the KCAC record (prev. 11) and school record (prev. 11) for most 3 pointers made in a game with 12. Brooks also set a career high in total points with 41 on his 13/16 shooting effort. 

As stated before it was a great night all-around for the Eagles as they shot lights out from the floor, 53%, from beyond the arc, 54% (19/34), and out rebounded the Bobcats, 51-27. The Eagles defensively were led by Valentin Van Putten with 10 rebounds, Kazden Ammons with 7 rebounds and Kaleb Stokes with 4 steals. The great scoring perfomance for the Eagles also came by way of Stokes with 17 points, Lense Ramey with 11 points, and 7 assists from Taylen Miller.

The Eagles are now 15-5 on the year and 11-4 in conference play. The Eagles will be back in action Saturday as they travel to face-off with the Warriors of Sterling College. Tip-off is set for 3PM.
