Team Member of the 2024 World Deaf Athletic Championships. I'll be competing in the 400meter hurdles in Taipei, Taiwan July 2024 representing USA.

Director of Nike Track and Field Camp:
- led Nike’s track and field camp for 100 athletes ages 13-18 and 7 division one coaches


Duke University (ACC) August 2021- November 2022
Volunteer Assistant Track and Field Coach

• Assisted with training and leading athletes to the top 45 for the Division One East Regionals Championship 2022 and the top 24 for the Outdoor National Championship 2022
• Worked with 5 Division One All Americans and 6 Division One second team All Americans. 

 
Forest Park Senior High school- September 2018- March 2020

• Coached 12  High School athletes to the regional championship along with 10 athletes to the Virginia State 5AAA Championship. 

Holds the 400 meter hurdle record at Virginia Commonwealth University.
