Luka Milicevic

Born and raised in Belgrade, Serbia, Luka Milicevic attended Oklahoma Wesleyan University, where he played for the men’s soccer team from 2013 to 2017. His coaching career began immediately after graduation when he was hired as a graduate assistant with the OKWU men’s program on two separate occasions. He served in this role from 2017 to 2019 and again from 2020 to 2021. Luka was part of the coaching staff that led the team to the national championship game in 2020.

In 2021, Luka moved to Claremore after accepting a position as the Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach at Rogers State University. This marked a new chapter in his career, as it was his first time coaching women at the collegiate level. At the conclusion of his first year at RSU, Luka was offered the opportunity to begin his journey as a head coach.
In June of 2022, he took over the men’s soccer program at Bethel College. Over the course of three seasons, Luka led the team to its best results in the past two decades.

In addition to his college coaching experience, Luka has been active in the club soccer world. Early in his career, he coached at NEO FC, Tennessee Soccer Club, and FC Wichita. In 2024, he co-founded FC Bartlesville Buffaloes, where he currently serves as head coach.

Luka lives in Bartlesville with his wife Sarah and their daughter Mila.
