Burch joins the OKWU Softball program in 2025 after being a 4 year starter at Henderson State University. Burch will serve as one of the reserves coaches as she looks to develop outfielders, slappers, and hitters as a whole. 

Burch was an All-GAC outfielder in 2022 and 2025. Started in 201 of 210 games played at HSU and had a career batting average of .315 and 45 stolen bases. She had 178 career hits and was a 2 time ALL-GAC distinguished scholar athlete. Was an eight time chancellors or honor roll list recipient.
