Despite a slow start, OKWU men's soccer rounded into form Wednesday afternoon and beat York College by a score of 4-1. It is the Eagles' 5^th straight win, and they improved their record to 7-1 on the season and 4-0 in the KCAC.

Recap:

• Both teams took their time to get the offense flowing. York's Jose Calderon found the back of the net in the 15^th minute to give York the early lead.
• In the 28^th minute, a foul in the box led to a Julio Belo penalty kick, which he drilled to knot the score 1-1.
• Minutes before halftime, Stefan Lukic scored his 6^th goal of the season to give the Eagles a 2-1 lead.
• In the second half, the Eagles scored twice more short succession. Victor Crispim etched his name in the scoring column with a goal in the 65^th minute.
• Matheus Ferreira scored seconds later. Both second half goals were assisted by Stefan Lukic.

Now the Numbers:

• Since an early September stumble against Baker, the Eagles have won 5 straight games, outscoring their opponents 22-2 during this stretch.
• Stefan Lukic's 11 assists on the season leads the team.
