The #6 Volleyball team hosted the Bethany College Lady Swedes this afternoon for a conference as they head towards the end of conference play. In a dominant performance, the Lady Eagles were able to sweep the Lady Swedes and celebrate exciting milestones.
With her second kill in the match-up, Sophomore
Evelyn Rohrberg earned her 1000
th career kill as a Lady Eagle and led the Lady Eagles to victory against the Lady Swedes.
An all-around excellent game for the Lady Eagles, 3 Lady Eagles accumulated double-digit kills in just the 3 sets of play.

Mia Lietzke (12), and
Maia Rubio (10) were excellent for the Lady Eagles;
Maia Rubio ending her match hitting an impressive .667%.
On the defensive side,
Maria Luisa Caycedo led the Lady Eagles with 10 digs, following close behind her was
Evelyn Rohrberg and
Maia Rubio with 8. At the net, Tijana Stojilkjovic was a force, with 6 kills and 3 blocks.
The Lady Eagles are back on the court this upcoming Wednesday as they face off against Tabor College in Hillsboro, Kansas.
