The #9 Volleyball team travelled to Hillsboro, Kansas on November 2^nd for a conference match-up with the Tabor College Lady Bluejays. In need of a win in conference, the Lady Eagles jumped out ahead quickly and were consistent throughout their three-set victory.

Taking the first set 25-17, the Lady Eagles took the lead early in the set with a 6-point run to leave the Lady Bluejays behind. A back and forth rally in the second-set, the Lady Eagles and Lady Bluejays both were impressive on both sides of the court. Gaining momentum, the Lady Eagles took over the set in the 15^th point, as they went on to outscore the Lady Bluejays 10-4 to claim the set. Entering the final set with momentum, the Lady Eagles held their opponent to 16 points in a quick final set to add another win to their record.

Leading the Lady Eagles, Tijana Stojilkovic was a force yet again as a middle blocker. Accumulating 8 kills on just 11 attempts, she ended her night hitting a whopping .727. Defensively, Maria Luisa Caycedo was excellent in the back row, accumulating 15 digs along side Valeria Pere and Georgina Granados.

The Lady Eagles are back on the road this upcoming Wednesday as they travel to Winfield, Kansas to face off against the Southwestern College Lady Moundbuilders'.
