 The #17 Men's Basketball team hosted the Friends University Falcons for their second conference game of the season. Coming off of their first conference win last week, the Eagles carried all the momentum into tonight's game, as they went on to take an 82-58 win over the Falcons.  

Coming in hot, the Eagles scored early and often, outscoring the Falcons 15-6 in the first 10 minutes of play. With intent in the paint, all 10 Eagles to enter the game in the first half put up points and gave way to a 47-27 halftime lead. Keeping up the intensity, the Eagles capped the game with a 22-point lead over their opponent, as 13 different Eagles went on to score throughout the 40 minutes of play.

Derrick Talton Jr. and Nick Bene were the dynamic duo for the Eagles, combining for 31 of the Eagles 82 points. Along with 31 points, the two combined for 5 of the Eagles 3-point shots over the Falcons. As a team, the Eagles ended their night with a .53 field goal percentage and a 43.5 shooting percentage beyond the arc.

The Eagles hit the road this upcoming Saturday as they travel to Salina, Kansas to face off against the Kansas Wesleyan University Coyote's for a 8:00PM tip-off.
