Sioux City, IA –

The #9 Women's Volleyball team clenched their second KCAC Tournament Championship on November 16^th, making this their second year in a row to take home the Regular & Tournament Championship. With the championships, the Lady Eagles were given an automatic birth into the NAIA National Championship, where they would host the first round of the national tournament on November 23^rd to face off against Indiana University East. Earning themselves a three-set victory over the Lady Red Wolves, the Lady Eagles earn a ticket to the NAIA Volleyball National Tournament Final Site in Sioux City, Iowa.

In chase for a national championship, the Lady Eagles were set into the G Pool, where they accompany two other schools in order to make it to bracket play; the St. Thomas University Bulldogs and the McPherson College Bulldogs.

The Lady Eagles Pool play schedule is set as follows:

• Thursday, December 5^th @ 7:30 PM – (10) OKWU vs. (18) McPherson College
• Friday, December 6^th @ 7:30 PM – (10) OKWU vs. (7) St. Thomas University (FL)

The Lady Eagles enter the final site 31-2 on the year, coming in as the 10^th seed as they make their way back to Sioux City for the second year in a row, and their second time in program history. The McPherson College Lady Bulldogs enter the final site 29-6 on the season, with two of their 6 losses coming at the hand of the Lady Eagles. Lastly in Pool G, the St. Thomas University (FL) Bulldogs enter with a perfect 31-0 record as they face off against two KCAC teams.

In a three team bracket, the Lady Eagles will need two wins in order to advance to bracket play the following day.
