The #8 Women's Soccer team hosted the Southwestern College Lady Moundbuilders on October 1
st for a KCAC match-up. Coming off of three back to back KCAC shutouts, the Lady Eagles were looking to stay on a high in the KCAC and continue to build on their 2025 season.
A strong 25 minutes from both teams gave way to a strong drive up field for a Lady Eagles goal off the foot of
Isabelle Simoneau. The first of 5 goals from the Lady Eagles, and plenty of time left on the clock. The Lady Eagles went on to score 3 more goal in the next fifteen minutes, taking a halftime lead of 4-0.
With a 4-0 lead, the Lady Eagles entered the second half with comfort and strut, scoring their final goal in the 62
nd minute of play. An all around strong performance from for the Lady Eagles gave way to a 5-0 win as they out shot the Lady Moundbuilders 21 to 4 with 11 shots on goal.
Kylie Reif led the Lady Eagles offensively, scoring 2 of the 5 goals as 4 different Lady Eagles scored on the night.
The Lady Eagles are on the road this upcoming Saturday as they continue their KCAC play with a match up against Tabor College.
