The #8 Women's Soccer team hosted the McPherson College Lady Bulldogs for a mid-season KCAC match up on October 10^th in Bartlesville. Looking to stay undefeated in conference play, the Lady Eagles started quickly off kick off.

Multiple shots and chaos in the box allowed the Lady Eagles to score first in the 17^th minute off play off the foot of Kylie Reif. Continuing with the offensive pressure, the Lady Eagles went on to score again with an impressive goal from 50 yards out by Tessa Edwards.  Ending the first half with a 2-0 lead, the Lady Eagles were comfortable heading into the second.

With frequent possession in the 2^nd half, the Lady Eagles were able to take multiple shots throughout the first 25 minutes, but the McPherson College defense kept them off the board through the time. A strong drive upfield in the 71^st minute gave way to a 3-0 game with a header goal from Kylie Reif, assisted by Marilia Constantinou.

A strong offensive showing from the Lady Eagles as they were quick to the punch and drove the ball into the box for multiple shot attempts led to their win. Strong on both sides of the field, Elise Lofnertz led the Lady Eagles defensive line, keeping McPherson out of scoring position and off the scoreboard.

With the win, the Lady Eagles improve to 8-0 in conference and 11-1-1 overall. They look face off against the University of Saint Mary Spires on October 15^th here in Bartlesville as they continue their KCAC run.
