OKWU men's soccer team continued their unbeaten streak with a dominant 2-0 win over Mid-America Christian University in Oklahoma City. The Eagles struck early and held firm throughout the match, improving their season record to 2-0-2. Key players in this matchup included Joao Vitor Gomes and Julian Tovar, who each found the back of the net in the first half to secure the win. Alejandro Aleman Lop and Adrian Mejia, with each player earning an assist. Last but not least, Marko Rodic with 3 saves.  

The Eagles wasted no time asserting themselves, with Joao Vitor Gomes scoring in the first couple minutes of the match off an assist from Adrian Mejia. Julian Tovar added to the lead with 15 minutes left before the half, netting his fourth goal of the season with assists from Alejandro Aleman Lop. 

Goalkeeper Marko Rodic anchored the defense with a clean sheet, making three crucial saves. The Eagles' backline, led by Luis Vergara and Santiago Mejí, held MACU to just three shots on goal.  

With a balanced attack and a resilient defense, OKWU showcased their depth and tactical discipline in this shutout victory. The team looks increasingly promising as they continue to build momentum early in the season.
