Game 3: Oklahoma Wesleyan Downs Southwestern 15–7 at Home

Oklahoma Wesleyan used a massive offensive outburst to defeat Southwestern College 15–7 Tuesday afternoon in Bartlesville.

After falling behind early, the Eagles took control with a seven-run fourth inning, highlighted by timely hits and disciplined at-bats. W. Diaz led the charge, finishing 2-for-6 with five RBIs, including a three-run home run in the sixth to put the game out of reach.

L. Antigua drove in two runs and reached base four times, while J. Gutierrez collected three hits and two RBIs. Oklahoma Wesleyan drew nine walks and took advantage of miscues to build separation.

On the mound, J. Morgan started for the Eagles throwing a solid game with A. Covarrubias earned the win in relief, and J. Stangl shut the door with 3.1 scoreless innings to secure the victory.
