The OKWU men's golf team finished in 6th place this week at the RSU Hillcat Classic in Owasso, Oklahoma. The Eagles were one of ten teams to compete. As a team, they finished +69 for the tournament. A strong 3rd round helped them climb the team leaderboard, passing Lincoln University and Newman.
Individually, Nolan Pope had the strongest tournament for the Eagles. He shot +7 over the 3 rounds, finishing tied for 5th. A strong final round propelled him into the Top 5.
Fernando Invernizzi, a junior, finished tied for 28th with a +18 score. Liam Currid also finished tied for 28th.
