Kansas City, MO –
The Men Soccer Team had themselves another spectacular year in the Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference and the Nation overall. Finishing 1st in the KCAC, both the regular season and the tournament gave way to excellent performances from many of their athletes.
With the conclusion of the Eagles national run and making it to the Final 4 in the NAIA Men's Soccer National Tournament, the Eagles looked to celebrate their spectacular run.
As of December 11th, the NAIA announced this year's list of 2023 NAIA Men's Soccer All-American's and 3 Eagles were named to that list.
Being honored as 1st Team All-Americans, Stefan Cvetanovic, Kirill Pahkomov, and Pol Mur represented the Eagles on this year 2023 All-Americans list.
All three young men having themselves a superb year for the Eagles and leading their team to another successful year.
Stefan Cventanovic was a key player, leading the team in almost every offensive category throughout the 2023 season. Along with that, Cvetanovic was named 2023 KCAC Player of the Year, as well as the KCAC Offensive Player of the Year. This was Cvetanovic's final season with the Eagles as he graduates this upcoming spring.
Pol Mur was another leader on and off the field, being an Eagle captain, Mur was brilliant in his final season with the Eagles as well.
On the flip side, Kirill Pahkomov looks to a bright future with the Eagles as a freshman start; being named an All-American in just his first collegiate year of play.
Congratulations to our three all-Americans, we are extremely proud.
