The Lady Eagles continued their season on a three-day trip to Abilene, Texas on March 3rd. This trip included two matches against Howard Payne and Hardin Simmons universities. On a very windy and challenging environment on Friday, the Lady Eagles picked up their first victory in the history of the program after taking home the top three singles matches and one double. This date is going to be remembered for this young program.
On Saturday, the Lady Eagles came back to the court to compete against Hardin Simmons University in Abilene, Texas. After a very competitive and close lost in doubles, the girls kept fighting hard into the singles play with very windy conditions. The girls picked up wins at #2 and #4 lines in singles, making the final result as a loss of 5/2.
Next: Men's and Women's teams will travel to Siloam Springs, Arkansas to compete against John Brown University on Tuesday 03/05 at 3:30pm.
