The OKWU Softball team is on the road this upcoming week for the Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference Softball Tournament in Great Bend, Kansas. Coming off of a 16-10 regular season, the Lady Eagles enter the tournament as the 6^th seed in an 8-team bracket.
In their first appearance in the tournament, the Lady Eagles are set to face off against the 3-seeded Friends University Lady Falcons. The Lady Falcons enter the tournament as the 3-seed after a 19-7 regular season in the Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference.
During the regular season match-up with the Friends University Lady Falcons, the Lady Eagles fell in both games against the 3-seed and look to take back a win in the tournament from the Lady Falcons.
Game 1 of the tournament for the Lady Eagles will begin at 2:30 PM on Wednesday, May 1^st in Great, Bend, Kansas at the Great Bend Sports Complex.
