Bartlesville, OK –

OKWU Tennis concluded their 2024 season on the court this past August, putting together an exciting finale.
Having multiple athletes with successful seasons, 3 Eagles were recognized as All-Conference Selections for their time and success on the tennis court.
The following Eagles were selected to the All-KCAC Tennis Teams:

Men's Tennis – Honorable Mention
Clement Martin-Dardaine

Women's Tennis Second Team
Jewel Henderson

Women's Tennis Honorable Mention
Nancy Henderson
 
Nancy Henderson was also named the KCAC Champion of Character for the 2024 season, showing great sportsmanship, respect to the game, and character throughout her time on the court, in the classroom, and as an athlete at OKWU.
 
Head Coach Julia Mongin was extremely proud of this group and season, stating the following;
"I am very pleased to have several of our players recognized for their hard work throughout the season. Clement, being a senior, played a big part leading the team on & off the court during his three years as an Eagle. Jewel and Nancy already made some remarkable improvement within a few weeks being OKWU Eagles. So proud of all of them becoming great competitors!
I am very grateful with my students-athletes representing Oklahoma Wesleyan University and I am excited and looking forward to our upcoming season this Fall 2024."
