4 Lady Eagles in Double Digits in Win Over Ottawa University

^{The Women's Basketball team traveled to Ottawa, Kansas on January 15th for a conference match-up against the Ottawa University Lady Braves. In a hard-fought battle, the Lady Eagles rallied through 5 minutes of overtimes in order to secure the 86-80 win over the Lady Braves, bringing home their 5th conference win on the season.}

^{A back and forth ball game in the first, resulted in the Lady Eagles trailing heading into the locker room. Outscoring the Lady Eagles, the Lady Braves put up 18 in both quarters and a 36-31 lead heading into the final 20 minutes of the game. Coming out of the locker room, the Lady Eagles exploded offensively, having their best quarter int eh 3rd with 23 points, while keeping the Lady Braves to a 17-point quarter. Tying up the game in the 4th, the Lady Eagles forced an overtime, with the opportunity to take control with 5 minutes remaining.}

^{Coming out of the huddle with 5 minutes remaining, Tatiana Gilford brought the energy with a shot beyond the arc, taking the lead and never looking back. A 17-point gain in overtime gave the Lady Eagles the win over the Lady Braves. Rashaan Smith led the Lady Eagles with a double-double in her 29 minutes of play, scoring 25 points and accumulating 11 rebounds for the Lady Eagles in the paint. Following Smith, three other Lady Eagles ended their night in double-digits; Tatiana Gilford (17), Khassidy Warr (14), and Gracie Alexander (13) were key players in the win over the Braves.}
