OKWU went on the road to Hastings College to battle in a top 25 matchup Tuesday afternoon.

Hastings was the 2019 NAIA National Runner up, losing to CMU in the final, who OKWU also plays this Saturday.

OKWU applied a lot of pressure on Hastings out shooting Hastings 9-2, but couldn't find the back of the net.

Second half, was more of the same with OKWU creating numerous chance inside the box, but Jesus Parra, came up big for Hastings, making stop after stop.

The Eagles found the winner in the 85th min, when Ogi Stevic, curled a cross to CB Alfeu Bertini who smashed home the header.  

The Eagles kept a clean sheet and held Hastings to 4 shots total in the game, outshooting them 18-4.

Next up is two time defending National champs and #1 in the country, Central Methodist.
