Oklahoma Wesleyan's Temaje Izuagbe showcased his defensive prowess and all-around impact in two critical KCAC victories, earning him the title of KCAC Defender of the Week. 

In the Eagles' 80-75 road win over Saint Mary, Izuagbe was a force on both ends of the floor. He tallied 17 points, shooting 6-of-12 from the field, and added 3 rebounds, 2 steals, and 1 block in just 20 minutes of play. His ability to disrupt passing lanes and protect the rim set the tone for OKWU's defensive effort.  

Just days later, in a thrilling 71-70 victory against Friends University, Izuagbe elevated his game even further. He posted a double-double with 25 points and 12 rebounds, while also contributing 2 steals and 1 block. His relentless defense and presence in the paint were instrumental in holding Friends to 38.6% shooting and securing the Eagles' ninth conference win.  

Across both games, Izuagbe combined for 42 points, 15 rebounds, 4 steals, and 2 blocks, proving to be a dominant defensive anchor and a clutch performer. His efforts not only fueled Oklahoma Wesleyan's continued success but also solidified his reputation as one of the KCAC's premier defenders.
