Lincoln, NE —
The Oklahoma Wesleyan University women's beach volleyball team traveled to Lincoln, Nebraska on Tuesday to face the University of Nebraska and Wayne State in a full day of competition. The Lady Eagles finished the day 0–2, moving their overall record to 3–3 on the season.

Oklahoma Wesleyan opened the day against the University of Nebraska. The Huskers claimed the team win after sweeping all five matches in straight sets. At the No. 2 position, Sydney Collins and Jordan Isbell put together a competitive effort against Nebraska's Harper Murray and Andi Jackson but ultimately fell in two sets.

Later in the day, the Lady Eagles returned to the sand to take on Wayne State. Oklahoma Wesleyan picked up wins in the No. 2 and No. 4 positions, while the No. 1, No. 3, and No. 5 pairs dropped their matches. Despite the team loss, the Eagles showed resilience throughout the lineup against strong competition.

It was a challenging day of matches for Oklahoma Wesleyan, but the Lady Eagles will look to build on the experience as they return to action this weekend. The team will travel back to Texas to compete in the Wayland Baptist Beach Classic.
