Bartlesville, OK –
The Oklahoma Wesleyan women's soccer team continues its strong season, moving up to No. 8 in the latest NAIA Top 25 poll.
The Eagles have been dominant defensively, conceding only three goals all year. Leading the way is goalkeeper Alessandra Martinez, who currently tops the nation in both save percentage (.938) and goals-against average (.17), allowing just one goal in seven matches.
Behind Martinez and a disciplined back line, OKWU has positioned itself among the nation's best as the team looks to continue its momentum in KCAC play.
Congratulations Lady Eagles!
