Despite allowing the tying goal at the end of the first half, OKWU's defense held firm for the remainder of the match. Goalkeeper Alessandra Martinez was a standout performer, making 5 saves and the backline, anchored by Elise Lofnertz, Kristen Bruhns, and Ana Chavez, helped limit JBU's scoring chances.
