Bartlesville, OK – 
Oklahoma Wesleyan's Laura Gieseler has been named the KCAC Women's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week, the conference announced Monday. This marks the second time this season the senior midfielder from Ijuí, Brazil has earned the honor. 

Gieseler was unstoppable on the attack, scoring seven goals in two matches as the Eagles earned back-to-back wins over Ottawa and Bethel. Against the Braves, she scored three times and added an assist, contributing on four of the team's five goals in the 5-0 victory. She followed that performance with four goals on six shots on target in a 10-0 win over Bethel. 

For the week, Giesler averaged 3.5 goals per game, showcasing both efficiency and consistency in the midfield as she continues to power Oklahoma Wesleyan's strong start to KCAC play. Congratulations to Laura on this well-deserved recognition!
