The Oklahoma Wesleyan University Lady Eagles volleyball team is earning greater national attention after beginning ranked #13 in the preseason poll. The first edition of the NAIA Coaches' Top 25 Poll was released this morning, and the Lady Eagles broke into the top 10, earning the #8 spot. This jump reflects the team's momentum as they work to climb even higher in the rankings and prepare for upcoming matches against other nationally ranked opponents.

OKWU currently holds a 6-1 record, with their only loss coming against a top-five program. The Lady Eagles return to action tonight for their home opener against Southwestern Christian University. The game is set for 6 p.m. in Mueller Sports Center. Come out and support the Lady Eagles as they look to keep their early-season success rolling!
